Cancellation Policy

KINDLY READ ALL THE POINTS MENTIONED IN CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY.

No cancellation, adjustments, Re-scheduling or refund shall be made in case of customized gifts once the booking is made.

– If cancellations are made 10 days prior to the required date of booking, an amount of 15% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

– If cancellations are made 10-6 days prior to the required date of booking, an amount of 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

– If cancellations are made 6-2 days prior to the required date of booking, an amount of 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

– If cancellations are made 2 days or the same day prior to the required date of booking, an amount of 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

– Due to any unexpected or unavoidable circumstances like weather conditions such as Rain, Flood, Thunderstorm, Sandstorm or any legal/political unfavorable conditions which may cause like rallies, government function bookings or riots which may cause any trouble arranging the setup, firm shall not be responsible and held accountable for the same. No refunds of any amount will be made on the occurrence of any of the circumstance mentioned above.

Rescheduling will be considered on the available dates after the applicable charges discussed by the sales team.

Refund Time

Q: Once requested, within how many days shall Just4You refund the transaction?
A: From the day of receiving cancellation request, the refund amount decided will be returned between 7-8 working days.

Q: Within how many days will the refund be reflected in your bank account?
A: The amount shall be reflected within 7-10 working days in the original mode used for payment. In case of any problems related to refund, you can send an email to surprises@jusst4you.com.

Q: What if someone has not read the cancellation policy before the booking?
A: The cancellation policy will be shared with the client before the agreed amount is paid, it is a must to read cancellation policy to keep the process transparent.

Q: What will be the Refund Policy in case of cancellation by Just4You Surprise Planners?
A: In case the experience has to be cancelled by Just4You owing to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be offered to the client and will be credited within next 8-10 working days.

– To Officially cancel the booking, Message – CANCEL<space><Booking reference ID> at 8459122919 from your registered number or registered email at surprises@jusst4you.com and we will process your request.

– Refund shall be processed within 7-8 working days after cancellation.

Reschedule Policy

– More than 48 hours before experience: Rescheduling at 15% Fee

– 24 hours to 48 hours before experience: Rescheduling case to case basis 30% fee

– Less than 24 hours before experience, no Rescheduling will be done.

– No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 30th December till 1st Jan and 13th to 15th February. No amount of refund will be initiated in such cases.

– No Re-Schedule possible for experiences booked for 2 days prior to the date of it’s execution.

cancellation policies before booking as there are possibilities of slight difference.

Not reading of the cancellation policy may result in misunderstanding between client and the firm. Firm urges the client to read all the cancellation and rescheduling related points carefully.
